I got it!! had to clean up the spaces in the config file, then change the .txt extensions on the login.php and pluggable settings.php
sweet! i can see the admin panel now.. looks good to go for now! thanks again for the help!

thanks! I actually reinstalled everything from scratch and now I’m getting a missing setting file error.. going to the links now for help
