In reply to: How do I restore from an ftp file backup?I followed all the steps, but I tried to restore from the zip file and got an error message. So now I have unzipped the backup, but I don’t know which file to point the database import to. Is it the .sql file? Or a different one?

In reply to: How do I restore from an ftp file backup?I found the database backup file, I followed the steps (http://hmn.md/2012/01/06/backupwordpress-how-to-restore-from-backup-files/), and received this error message –
“You attempted to load file with unsupported compression (application/zip). Either support for it is not implemented or disabled by your configuration.”

In reply to: How do I restore from an ftp file backup?I don’t think so. There is nothing in the db_backup files. Is there somewhere else I should be looking? I’m fairly a novice.

In reply to: No website and can't login to WP adminSo, I have not made any headway on our problem.
GoDaddy does not provide ionCube support.
Does anyone know if removing the files for ionCube and/or ZendOptimizer will it affect the remaining files? And if it is possible to remove them without any problems, where & how do you remove the ionCube and ZendOptimizer files.
