Has anyone come across a solution to this issue? It would be nice to include links in the descriptions of images. Great plugin so far except for this issue…

Hi, this thread is a bit old, but I’m having the same issue and didn’t see a solution in other threads. In a nutshell, when hyperlink is added to the description, the thumbnail disappears from the gallery…and when a user clicks on it, they become “stuck” on a black screen large image.
I’ve tested other html in the description and it only seems to be hyperlinks that cause this. Any ideas?
Seeing my site won’t make a difference because I’ve taken the links out of the descriptions so it renders correctly.
Love to find a solution…
