Maybe you didn’t create the templates the proper way.
When creating the slide templates, make sure all the SECTION(s) of the templates should be FULL WIDTH and don’t use HEIGHT.
If you need WIDTH and HEIGHT of the SLIDER, then you can set them from the SLIDER (Sina Content Slider) Style Tab.Hope your issue will be solved.

When creating the slide templates, make sure all the SECTION(s) of the templates should be FULL WIDTH and don’t use HEIGHT.
