Hi,

I just find out that https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-table-of-contents/ this plugin was conflicting.

I disabled this plugin and now everything is working fine.

I am using PHP v7.2 and Digital Ocean server.

Also, I tried to install fonts many times as you said in steps. but there is no luck.
