I’ll whip up a patch. more than likely it will be in 3.0 at this point or 2.9.2.

Not a WordPress error. It’s a php version error. Fixed in 1.4.1.1.

Was a PHP error. Your not using PHP 5. I have fixed this in 1.4.1.1.

You might need to unactivate and re-activate the plugin. That might be your problem. For some reason it’s not reactivating after installation.
