  • I had that same problem. I noticed that if I switched to the Default template that the problem was gone. And the Default theme had a more narrow page area than my theme. Long story short: change the thumbnail widths under Gallery –> Options –> Thumbnails. (The magic number for me was 135×135. If I went any bigger, I’d get those blank spaces.) Then recreate the thumbnails under Gallery –> Manage Gallery –> Edit your gallery. In there, there is an option to recreate all your thumbnails. It really is a fabulous plugin!

    Hi again,

I’ve tried to install again and the plugin isn’t working for me. This is what I am using:

    Mac OS 10.5.2
    Firefox 3.0.1 (for Mac)
Internet Explorer 5.2 (for Mac – yes, I tried both browsers)
WordPress 2.6 (no plugins except eShop, its a fresh install)

    My webserver is running:
    PHP 5.1.6
    MySql 4.1.18

When I activate the plugin in Firefox it opens new windows over and over until I kill Firefox. If I activate in Internet Explorer then it seems to work, but it does not create any of the 6 pages that the Install Instructions say it should create.

But – it does add the Product info section to my “Write Page” window in the Admin Screens.

And – when I try to view my site, it only loads a white screen. So I’ve renamed the eShop plugin directory and then the blog works again, but without eShop.

Do you think I should give up and try something else?

That worked! Thanks! I deleted the plugin from the plugins directory. And thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I’m going to upgrade my WordPress version and try again.

I installed the e-shop plugin, and now my blog comes up as a blank page. Not even a login screen. Can you offer any advice?
