Sorry that I did that hacky download trick, but I rather have things fixed then I have them disabled, especially when it comes to security.

define('TWO_FACTOR_DISABLE', true);
But the issue still remains. This is the only website on which this issue is occurring, none of the others have this issue. Same server same settings.Forum: Plugins

Sorry to say this but, No we have no maintenance mode at this time. And if we had, it never hangs. Updates are done so fast that they finish before the page load is complete. Don’t even start to argue about the hosting provider or server slowness, It’s just not the case and also, we are the hosting provider.
Sure I have my ways to still get in there, but you should check if there is a bug maybe?
Edit: I just saw the edit you had made. Now since you fixed the development version it means that my thoughts were correct, thanks for acknowledging and the fix.
