In reply to: Problems with 4.5 upgrade ADD MEDIA not workingRegenerate thumbnails wasn’t working before, but I’ve now deactivated “ImageMagick Sharpen Resized Images” plugin and thumbnails are working too.
ImageMagik probably conflicts with WP 4.5 new image optimisation feature.

Add the line
suPHP_ConfigPath /home/your-cpanel-username/public_html/
to htaccessAdd a file called php.ini to the root directory of your hosting (in public_html)
with this in it
memory_limit = 256MMedia Library then appears.
The above also gets rid of the ini_set error when using quick edit etc.

The shortcode does it’s own work to load the data into the field, then you are pulling in the field itself, containing this data so this should work ok with <?php the_field(‘stadium_slider’); ?> which will display what’s in that field.Alternatively, manually create the slider code within your template and use a repeater acf field
Hope this helpsIt definitely worked when we upgraded, ensure you upgrade the “free” part of Event Manager aswell as the “paid” pro bit you just bought, otherwise there will be issues.
As you have paid, you are entitled to full support from the developer, so log into their website and email support or visit the pro forum.
They will help you sort the problem now as you purchased 1 year support/updates.ps Paying again is a cheaper option considering how many chargable hours I used trying to solve the issue. So I advise you to do that
I paid to buy the plugin again so I could upgrade to the latest version of Event Manager pro, the issue was then resolved.
This is not “resolved”, you have to pay to buy the new plugin to “resolve” it which unfortunately my client is having to do.
No joy solving it, spent 5 hours the other day unpaid trying to solve it.
Looks like the only solution is to buy PRO again and hope it solves it…. as the developer will not offer usable support as support ends after 1 year.Hi there

Coupons are set as fixed and percentage – issue with both
Tested with all plugins off apart from EM and EMPro – issue remainsalso, related to the coupon code functionality – in the admin “coupon usage history” shows 0.00 for all coupons and no discount. It won’t let you click page 2, 3, 4 etc (blank page) and it won’t let you click edit/view each booking from the coupon history. SO there is some sort of issue related to the pro2.2.9 coupon files and 3.8 admin.
+ problem is all events – coupons are sitewide
Just spoke to the client, he’s happy to pay if we can be sure it’ll fix it… so any advice here will be most appreciated.

Could it be a bug which you never knew about because you are always using the latest Pro plugin with the latest EM plugin?

Just to clarify, the problem seems to have occured with wordpress 3.8, so I guess its a bug between 3.8 and pro 2.2.9
(being as we changed themes and turned off all plugins so only wp-event manager was installed)
If we can guarantee that this bug has been resolved then I can try to convince my client to pay again.
