Thank you! Turning on “Click on the WAMPserver tray icon>Apache>Apache modules> Scroll down the list of available modules and clcik on ‘rewrite_module‘.” resolved the issue.

PS: WordPress is installed in www/wp
1) Which address did you use to configure the RSS reader? Was it something along the lines of either of the following?:
(1) " http : // www SITE com /comments/feed "
or
(2) " http : // feeds SITE com /SITEcomment "
The first one should work, unless it gets automatically redirected to the second!
The second might not work because feedburner has its own parameter that control the number of items!

To speed up loading of pages with lots of user comments – similar to how this page is speeded up (“Read Full Article” button). (In case that link doesn’t work, here’s an image.)
