yes and that is when I found that the widgets were not on the side on IE but when you bring up a post in full text the widgets are there

On the site the permlink was
http://www.domainname.com/
the permlink field was blank and i think for the title it was $index
the code for the web page was the code that if someone went to http://www.domainname.com it was what was updated when they went their…. on the other pages, it would be http://www.domainname.com/about
so this is where i want the main domain page set up and it keeps putting the title in the permlink or i have to put something in there so it would be http://www.domainname.com/index/
i want to get rind of the /index/ on my main pages and for other pages it should be what i use in the permlink field
