Are you not able to view that page? I can make you a temp user login if that helps.
The Monthly Tour Request page consists of a bit of text and then the CF7 form. After clicking Send is where my issue begins.

In reply to: [Simple Share Buttons Adder] Undefined index issueOk thank you. I have tried saving it since the update and no luck, still get the error message. I even deactivated the plugin, reactivated it, reconfigured it and saved it and same result. I appreciate the help!
