I figured it out, I had to strip the header from the CSS code, strange how this developed into a problem that did not exist before.
I am having the same problem also on one of three sites; tried clearing browser cache and switching browsers, no change.
@ Richard, thank you for the instructions, I reactivated JP and sent the debug information as advised.
