Update:
The latest update just became available for SEO Ultimate and after updating I find that there are various tabs — Overview, Settings, Troubleshooting, etc — where the Help tab goes (it varies from module to module) and they all seem to be working perfectly in giving me the help information. Thank you for this awesome plugin!
The Title Tag Rewriter doesn’t either. It’s puzzling to me because in a video about the plugin on some website they used the Canonicalizer module as an example of one that had Help tab support, and on mine I get no results with the Help tab.
But on another plugin W3 Total Cache I get Help tab support for that plugin. I’m updated to the latest 3.0.3 WP as well.
