When I first encountered the problem, I reset the position and cleared the block list before all the crawlers completed their tasks and when I ran it again, the problem persisted. So, after all the crawlers completed their tasks, you should clear the block list and run it again. In this way, the problem was solved.

No, I didn’t enable it. But now when I clear the blocklist and run the crawler again, the URLs taken from the blocklist turned green, meaning it showed as cached.
