I have the same problem with Honeypot. The form always submit even though the required fields are empty.
- WP – 6.4.2
- Contact Form 7 – 5.8.5
- Redirection for Contact Form 7 – 3.1.2
P.S Version 3.1.3 works correctly

I confirm this bug. On all my sites where I use this plugin, after updating the WP to version 6.4 and higher, the plugin does not work.

replace lines 472-473 in the contact-form-submissions\Admin.php file on the:$value = implode(',', $value); $values[$key] = mb_convert_encoding(sanitize_text_field($value), 'UTF-16LE');The solution to this problem is? I have the same problem
