All of my files are there, I’m in the process of uploading them via FTP AGAIN. Still the homepage is not working.
Maybe I didn’t make the subdirectory right? I just added a folder to my website in the ftp thing.
Please help!

STILL NOT WORKING!
I switched servers from Windows to Linux and now I receive this message:

wordpress.org is for people who are installing wordpress to self host their blog.
