The menu area is empty so you probably just need to attach your menu to the main menu location. You can usually do this by visiting this part of your WordPress admin;

Just use the drop down to choose the menu you created.
Are you using Google Analytics?
Check your page source code to see if the analytics code snippet is included. You have to add this code to your website in order for Google to be able to collect data.
You can get the code from your analytics account.
Can you describe the file location of your install?
For example, is it in a public html folder or is it in a subdirectory?
