In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] Plugin Not Working With BP 1.9Hi guys,
We’re not able to replicate this at all on a fresh WordPress install. Would you kindly refer us to the steps required to do that? We will very promptly release an update once we’re able to replicate what’s causing your problems.
Thank you very much!
P.S.: We’re using the latest BP and WordPress versions in our tests.

In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] Plugin Not Working With BP 1.9More than 90% of the issues we face are actually plugin conflicts. If the plugin isn’t working, I’d start by disabling all plugins and checking if this makes the issues go away. If you have all plugins disabled and are still having problems, we’d be happy to learn more about your WordPress configuration.
Regarding the “dynamic links” in the menu, would you please give us an example of how to reproduce your issue ourselves? Thank you very much.

In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] 3rd Party PluginsApologies that we missed this earlier.
We have no experience with the plugins you mentioned. How exactly does the plugin “not work”?
Thanks!

In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] I cant purchase the premium versionHi mobetman2,
The site is up now, we really apologize for the inconvenience. If the free plugin is working well for you, then the Pro plugin should be working well too.
Thank you.

In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] Rename Tabs and sub menuHi abokamal,
Our plugin doesn’t rename any default tabs, it just adds new tabs. Having said that, you should be able to find a lot of plugins for renaming BuddyPress default tabs.
Please let us know if you need more help.

In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] custom profile menu for every userHi Sabrina,
We apologize for the delayed reply due to the holiday vacations.
What you want are called “public tabs”, and they’re only available in the Pro version of our plugin.
Please accept our apologies one more time.

In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] Links in menu not workingThat’s strange…I’d recommend you make sure you’re correctly adding the custom link menu. Here is a video that explains this in detail: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zg9R4l3Eu18

In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] Links in menu not workingI have no idea why isn’t the iframe displaying. Does it work if you set the link to http://sensibleplugins.com ?

In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] Links in menu not workingAre you linking to an external site? Some sites (such as google.com) do not support being displayed in an iframe.

In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] Links in menu not workingOur plugin has something called the iframe tab, which will display your custom link inside the tab using an iframe. To create an iframe tab, simply add a link to your menu from the WordPress menu editor (under Appearance->Menus, select your menu and open the group called Links on the left. Enter a link and click Add)

In reply to: [BuddyPress Custom Profile Menu] Not Custom Tabs DisplayingHi mobetman2,
Our plugin currently works well with the latest versions of WordPress and BuddyPress (the posts you’re referring to are very old). We suspect you’re having a conflict with one of your existing plugins, and would recommend deactivating all plugins and testing if this fixes anything.
