I have checked your screenshot but that product is a simple product and I am using a wallet variable product and set each variation with a different percentage of cashback
Please see the screenshot below; each package has a different type of cashback percentage.

I have created one wallet top-up product and set different types of variations and applied it to cashback (percantage) then tried to purchase(add to cart) but the checkout page does not reflect any cashback.
