I’m sorry that’s my mistake. You are right, it does work with a customer account. I was looking at it using an admin account.

In reply to: [Heartbeat Control] Rules not savingIf anyone else is having trouble, deactivate the WPBakery plugin, save your Heartbeat Control settings and then reactivate the WPBakery plugin. The settings should be retained but just won’t display in the Heartbeat Control Settings page.I’ve investigated this a little more. It’s still not working with this plugin deactivating so must be one of my other plugins. Need to look into this further. Any help would be appreciated with how to pin this down.

In reply to: [Cornerstone Custom Icons] Delete button does not workJust solved it. The font script urls were missed when I installed an SSL so the scripts were being blocked in the browser and there was nothing to delete. Changed them to https and all is good.

Yes all steps have been followed. I am using WordPress multisite. Maybe that makes a difference?
That’s great. Essentially I’m trying to delete the Vendor role which it isn’t doing on deletion.
I’ve tried this method and it’s still keeping some tables in the database.
wcmp_cust_answers
wcmp_cust_questions
wcmp_products_map
wcmp_vendor_orders
wcmp_visitors_statsAlso some entries in wp_options
And the Vendor role is still there.
@dualcube can you tell us how to completely uninstall the plugin? I can’t see this option in the settings menu or anywhere.

Yes I am also getting this error. I can’t see or edit any of the existing Groups that have saved previously. Even newly created ones disappear after being saved.
