We have tested the ‘product attributes’ facets for SearchIQ version 4.0 on a couple of sites and the field value is showing fine after saving/syncing the facets.
Can you please update the SearchIQ version on the test site and check if the same issue is observed? We have reverted to Jaime’s email.Forum: Plugins

Can you please try to reset the configuration, index your site again, and then try creating the facets? Also, is it possible to create a login for us on the dev site so we can check the configuration?Forum: Plugins

We can’t see SearchIQ active on the site https://www.shamrocklabels.com/ and are also unable to find the search engine for this site. Can you please share the SearchIQ account username or associated email on which the site is indexed?

@julioros We can’t add filters in the search form. Users can only filter results from the facets.
However, you can use SearchIQ search widget (https://prnt.sc/CO2pSIBP_zE7) to display results for a specific category. The widget has an option to select the post type and category for which you want to display results for the searched term.

Do you want to display search results for a specific category/categories from a particular search bar on a specific page? Or you need it on any search box across the site?

Regarding your query about ignoring the page footer content in the search results, you can change it from the Synchronization settings.Please add a short description/excerpt in the posts, select ‘Post excerpt’ (https://prnt.sc/51MrFqOXMQZy) as the Result page description field and save the settings. This option will display the excerpt content in the search results.
