Hi Sunjida, thanks for the reply. I did include a screenshot in my original post, can you not see it? Here’s a Snipboard link https://snipboard.io/npeGOb.jpg

I rang godaddy to get to the bottom of this after I got locked out of my site. Tech support couldn’t help me, nor did they know anything about the limit login attempt plugin.
However, not only that the plugin folder still exists, even after i’ve deactivated and deleted it, it actually lives in a godaddy system plugin folder!
The most frustrating thing is that I can’t even rename or delete it due to permissions set by godaddy.
The limit login attempts folder is found under wp-content/mu-plugins/gd-system-plugin/plugins/limit-login-attempts/

Thank you @tikkalaki, that worked for me. Cheers!

Hi has anyone been able to remove the Jigoshop footer credits? Thank you.

Hi Vasili, for some reason the order number wasn’t included in the email subject after I updated to 1.17.11. But I realised that this can be done on the emails page, all i had to do was add the shortcode [order_number] to the email subject. Thanks for your help 🙂

Tried to update countries in shipping, after i clicked save changes, I realized that not only that changes haven’t been saved, my premium shipping and free shipping have been disabled and cannot be enabled again.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Is this folder meant to be there? plugins/jigoshop/trunk

Thank you chriscct7, I knew i was wasting my time restoring jigoshop. Threre was nothing wrong with the plugin. Cheers.

I’ve done that but whatever previous settings i had left got wiped out as well. my I don’t understand how that happens, if i use an older backup to overwrite jigoshop shouldn’t that restore the old settings with it? Is there another file outside of jigoshop that needs to be restored from backup?

I’ve noticed that a lot of my jigoshop settings have disappeared, including all my shipping and payment gateway settings.
Had a look at my wp-content folder and realized that all the jigoshop folders such as admin, shipping, classes, assets etc’ are present both in the jigoshop folder as well as in the wp-content/plugins folder.
Is there a way for me to restore these settings using older backup files, and if so what files should i be looking for?
    Thank you.

@optart I don’t have many orders or more than 2-3 visitors at the same time. I have about 300 products, i don’t know if that’s a lot or not as I don’t have anything to compare with.
Looking at the resource usage on my cpanel, my physical memory usage is constantly pretty close to my 512mb max allocation, and that’s when there are no visitors on my website, things get uglier when there are visitors.
Working on my admin dashboard, often causes the website to return error 503 service unavailable due to it exceeding both memory and cpu usage.

    Appreciate any input. Thank you.

Hi Michael thanks for posting this.
When listing the pages not to be cached do i need to put the domain name before? ie mydomain.com/cart/ or any other prefix?

I have now been banned from two hosts. It seems like it might be an issue with the theme i’m currently using (maya shop) but I really can’t tell for sure.
My question is, can someone point me in the right direction as to where I could find a good selection of Jigoshop compatible themes?
Alternatively, is there anyone on here who would be able to take a look at my website and figure out why it is such resource hungry? (and get paid for it of course)
    Cheers.

Thank you, I’ll be very interested to know more about your hosting packages. My host is adamant that I either install super cache, sign up to cloudflare, or get a dedicated server. My website has been down for a full day now and they won’t restore it, can’t even access the dashboard. Extremely frustrating. The website in question is http://cheapoz.com.au/
