Looking at your Zone settings – both Australia and New Zealand say ‘Everywhere’ – mine look like this:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order emails sent, not recievedif tthe logging plugin is showing the mails as being sent then I would think that WordPress and Woo are working as expected.
Sounds like the customers email providers are thinking the emails are spam and blocking them – that happens quite a lot when you send emails directly from your own server.
Definitly worth spending a bit of time setting up Mailersend or something similar to test it!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order emails sent, not recievedI’m assuming you’re using the default PHP mailer on your server? Check your server’s email logs the make sure there’s no configuration errors.
SPF etc all set up correctly?
If you are using the server’s mail server then I would strongly recommend switching an SMTP service instead – I like Mailersend – you will need an SMTP plugin to connect to it – SureMails is good.

Zones work by using the first one in the list that matches the customer’s address – so if the address is covered my multiple zones, only the first will be used!

Using standard Woo coupons if I add multiple shipping methods to a Zone and set the Free Shipping method ‘Free shipping requires’ option to ‘A valid free shipping coupon’ then the Free Shipping option does not appear in the checkout until the coupon is applied – the other shipping methods are visible as expected.
The Shippit option – is that being generated with a plugin? Maybe that is not compatible with the Free Shipping/coupon combination?

Have you tried adding the Shippit options into the Free Shipping zone? That way, a calculated price will show until the coupon is added.
That would make it more complicated then. It looks like you will have to add all of the codes into zones.
You could break them up by country though – so the Austrian codes in one zone, the Bulgarian in another etc
Do the Zip codes follow a pattern? Like, for example all start with 123…? Or are they all in specific states, or regions?
Cannot help with the issue – but in future, if you are just updating the prices of products, you don’t need to export/import the full CSV file – you just need the SKU and Price columns – everything else will be left untouched!
