As this one is not monitored.First things to try are:
- Make sure everything is up to date (WP, theme, plugins)
- If that does not fix it, Deactivate ALL non Weaver plugins and see if that fixes it. If it does reactivate one by one too find the Culprit.
- If that still does not fix it, post back in the forum with your site link, and paste the content of the system information box forum in the Help page.
Also be more specific about what you mean by cant edit. Symptom, error messages etc…

https://forum.weavertheme.com/As for your blog page, make sure you do not use show posts shortcode(s) inside a page based on the “page with posts template” as that can cause conflict with WP.
Either use a “page with posts” page to display posts, or use a regular page based on the “Default” template with content and show posts shortcodes(s) in it.

As this one is not really monitored.That said, it seems like you need to also make the posts password protected, and this is more a general WordPress question.
