Hi, in the Pro version you can choose specific pages, post types, or taxonomies, but not specific posts (or products).

Hi, this is almost always caching. The plugin uses the wp_is_mobile function, and according to the documentation you need a separate cache for desktop and mobile: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_is_mobile/
Hi, I don’t think the plugin disables the welcome email, but if it’s not working it may be tied to the double opt-in somehow.
This is from the MailChimp documentation:
Final welcome email This optional email is disabled by default, but you can enable a welcome email at any time. We’ll deliver this email after a subscriber confirms their subscription and sees the confirmation thank you page.

None of them are for the form submission, because that usually happens through a 3rd party like MailChimp. You can add your own form by choosing “custom” for the email opt-in, and hook into that.
Hi John, with the pro version you can choose what post types or taxonomies you want to show the box on, you can also exclude pages individually.
