In reply to: FYI: Podpress and Flattr may conflictI fear not, as it still appears on the home page, just not in the single posts. And I looked into the source code without finding any traces of the player. But I wish you a successful hunt!

In reply to: FYI: Podpress and Flattr may conflictNo problem. The site in question is that one:
http://workingdraft.deThe theme is custom built and worked well with both Flattr and PodPress for more than half a year. Then, maybe like 4 weeks ago, it suddenly broke. Maybe because of an WP or plugin update, but this is a guess. However, you find a ZIP of the theme folder here.
Again our current metrics:
- WordPress 3.1.3
- Flattr 0.9.24
- 8.8.10.9 beta 1
I hope that helps.
Thank you and regards

In reply to: FYI: Podpress and Flattr may conflictHappens with Flattr 0.9.24 and PodPress 8.8.10.8 or 8.8.10.9 beta 1. But it is again theme-dependant. No problems when switching over to Twenty Ten. Interestingly: The BurBerry Plugin has a button for fixing Theme-originated player diesplay bugs and it succeeded in bringing its BurBerry player back. Not the PodPress’ one. And I like PodPress better. Maybe it would be cool to check what they do to fix?

In reply to: [Plugin: CSS-JS-Booster] css compressed, js notYou are right, it would be logical that it is the same for booster_js.php and not booster_css.php. Don’t know what happended there.

In reply to: [Plugin: CSS-JS-Booster] css compressed, js notThat’s a real good question. On my test-wordpress-blog here, it works. And it should work the same way as the CSS-part, as they both share a the same commands in regards to GZIP-compresion. So I suppose there must be some local thing, like an interference with some other plugin or a maybe an .htaccess-command or so. Perhaps you can dig a bit deeper and find the trigger for this behavior?

In reply to: [Plugin: CSS-JS-Booster] Plugin has no valid headerHello Jaap,
I am also referring to the V2-Set.
It seems your server (Apache) does neither have mod_expires, nor mod_headers extensions activated. In YSlow V2, this is the reflected by the point “Add Expires headers”. The htaccess-commands should turn those on, using any of those mentioned modules. Perhaps you want to check with your hoster?
This will help considerably.
But… In your special case I’d think you’ll probably still miss the 90ies in YSlow V2 as your site is really cluttered with javascripts (Google Adwords + Analytics), pictures from everywhere, and fully stuffed with Plugins (flexibility seems to create many additional requests on its own).
Still: the most important point is that your page is working as expected, perhaps a little faster than before.

In reply to: [Plugin: CSS-JS-Booster] Plugin has no valid headerHi and “guten Morgen” Jaap,
I see the point and updated the plugin – it should now leave your images alone. I hope.
To get a score in the area of 90 you should also edit your .htaccess and append the stuff from my .htaccess to it. Then you should be OK.
Regards and be well, too!

In reply to: [Plugin: CSS-JS-Booster] Plugin has no valid headerHi Jaap,
you need to manually install that plugin. Otherwise it will be in the wrong folder. See the install instructions tab.
