Not a dumb question. I should have asked first.

Both my WP was

http://feelnfree.net

and my blog url was

http://feelnfree.net

Changed the wp URL TO

http://feelnfree.net/?page_id=26

Now the sites theme is gone only the words remain

I cant get back to my dashboard in order to change it back.

any help is appreciated
