Thanks, and sure you can change or remove the Latest Blog Text from Apperance > Supernova Options > Advanced > POPULAR/RECOMMENDED
Theme doesn’t have the option to move meta. That comes under theme customization, you can avail the theme customization service from http://supernovathemes.com/hire-me.
