Thanks for your response. We found out what the issue was. Apparently our client had updated the download file via FTP and not via the actual plugin, which caused the file to be corrupt. By following the normal route it works fine. I thought I’d let you know in case others have the same issue. So there was nothing wrong with the plugin, you’ll be pleased to know. 🙂
