Thanks for the response. I already did all that. I just thought I’d post here in case anyone else has had the issue and managed to solve it. I still cannot get it to work.
You just need to add %CERTIFICATE_LINK% to the user email in the email tab of the plugin. That will email them the link to download the certificate.
I am no longer experiencing this issue after the last update. I’m all good now! Thanks!
I have also tried disabling all plugins, and changing the theme. Nothing changed.
No, I have not. No new plugins have been installed.
I’m having issues with my submit button too. Mine wont work at all—on mobile or desktop. Hopefully we get a fix soon!
