Hi,
I copied from “CTC” plugin and made my own template page and the result can be found at my tag cloud. the colors are not perfect as I am not sure where and what went wrong. Any help will be great and with that I think we can get this feature in 2.4 instead of 2.5.

yes I did already checked that under user option.
I have ony one user that is admin.
