In “From” you put the following checks and gives syntax error.[your-name] <[your-mail]>
It is possible that the error is because you did not put [ ] in “your-mail”.

Choose the “Mail” tab and note that there are black and gray fields … The mail-tags fields that can be used.
Note that the gray fields (in my case, work out) …
