In reply to: [Figmentor] Finally, a real time saver for Figma + Elementor@codeninjax . .Well, cancelling and requesting for a refund soon after I found it is not working for me, is wrong ? . Following up and complaining in ticket because they didnt solve my issue is wrong? I lost my money two times already. The most frustrating part is the no response for direct emails.
If you look at the form, there are other people who also complained almost same thing with Figmentor.
But there are few comments with good rating, posted on same date after I posted here , which seems to be a sponsored comments to justify Figmentor.
Really unprofessional approach.

It is clear that they are not responding even. The very few automated type responses I received have nice wordings. But in real action or resolution, it is not nice. My issue remains unsolved.

Cancelled in few hours after subscription and test. As it does not seem working as needed, I asked for refund. Never got refund . Instead they renewed subscription next month as well. Now I am asking them for two month’s refund. No response to emails as well.
Not sure how I can stop them from renewing subscription again.

In reply to: [Figmentor] Finally, a real time saver for Figma + ElementorReal nonsense. Not only it didn’t do convert figma design to Elementor, also they spend my two months money , almost like a scam and still not resolved refund .
I had requested for refund the very next few hours after subscription and testing. They offered to refund amount after almost 3 weeks of delay. And not only that , I did not get refund , they took another month’s subscription on renewal date. Now I am continuously emailing them to get my two months refund back. No proper response from them..
