I’ve checked with my host and they tell me they are not blocking the outgoing connection. What else could it be?

The submit button is there but the text appears to be white? If you drag your mouse over it it appears when you drag a coloured background around it. The only two fields I want are the upload and submit button which is why I checked the supress disabled fields button.
How do I change the text colour or make the submit button visible?
