In reply to: [XO10 - WooCommerce Categories widget] How to remove the count in the widgetThanks for the link to the site.
Your problem is caused by a bug in my plugin when trying to display product counts in a dropdown. I’m sorry about that.
I’ll fix the bug and include it in the next version of the plugin.
Meantime, you can use the default WooCommerce Categories widget to display the same categories dropdown without the product count.

In reply to: [XO10 - WooCommerce Categories widget] How to remove the count in the widgetJust uncheck the “Show product counts” checkbox in the widget.
You can see that in the plugin’s demonstration video around the 2:10 mark.

In reply to: [XO10 - WooCommerce Categories widget] can i change the color?Hi.
can I change the color of the widget to the desired one? if so how?
Yes, you will need to know CSS and how your particular WordPress stylesheet should be customised. Please hire a designer to help you with that because I can’t help with styling issues due to a lack of time.can I display desired category per widget, if so how?
It’s not possible because it works like the default WooCommerce Categories widget in how it highlights the current category only.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [XO10 - WooCommerce Categories widget] More categories – slowdown websiteI’m not sure if it has something to do with the Javascript library being used by the plugin.
I have already notified the Javascript author but I still haven’t got back an answer after more than a month. So I may consider changing to another Javascript library for the next release which would depend on when next WooCommerce is released.

In reply to: [XO10 - WooCommerce Categories widget] More categories – slowdown websiteThat’s very strange.
The Plain Accordion functions similarly to the Sexy Accordion but should actually be faster because it uses less CSS.
From the example web site you gave, the problem seems more to do with the size of the images.
If the problem you are facing is on another site, then maybe turn off the category images in the widget and see if it helps.

In reply to: [XO10 - WooCommerce Categories widget] How to add picture to dropdownThe pictures are automatically taken from the images you specify for your categories.
You can watch a video here to see how that can be done.

Unfortunately, the plugin does not support that feature.
Sorry about that.

In reply to: [XO10 - WooCommerce Categories widget] More categories – slowdown websiteTry disabling the price slider widget and see if that speeds up the loading time.
If not, switch to another theme and see if the speed improves. This is just in case the widget doesn’t play well with your theme.

In reply to: [XO10 - WooCommerce Categories widget] Widget not showing in Widgets sectionI’m sorry but I’ve not done extensive testing on multisite because although WooCommerce is multisite-compatible, its features has yet to be fully developed and agreed upon as seen on the WooCommerce Roadmap.

In reply to: [XO10 - WooCommerce Categories widget] Widget not showing in Widgets sectionPlease let me have more information. Thanks.
* Are you running WooCommerce on a WordPress multi-site install?
* Is your plugin directory named “wp-content/plugins”?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [XO10 - WooCommerce Categories widget] Widget not showing in Widgets sectionThe widget depends on WooCommerce.
So check that your WooCommerce plugin is activated before activating this plugin.
This problem could be due to the theme you are using. Perhaps you can switch to another theme and test it out.
If that still doesn’t solve the problem, pls give me a link to your site so I can take a look at the problem.
Just an update about this problem.
I have narrowed the problem down to the open source Javascript library that the plugin uses. I have notified the author of that library and he hasn’t gotten back to me. Pls do not blame him because he could be busy with other work or away on vacation at this time.
I’ll update this thread if I have more information. So if there’s any alternative plugin on the WP repository that works for you, just let me know and I’ll post it here so other users can use the plugin.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
