Just an update, I stopped using page builder and revert back to normal visual input of the shortcode. Page works well when im not using page builder. Cant seem to find out whats the problem..

Do you have other page builder elements on that page that are different than on the pages that work?
– The only difference is that I am using page builder and added an image widget on top of the text widget where i put the shortcode in for the page that is having problem. For the other 3 catalogues, I just pasted the shortcode as per normal.What happens if you take that same shortcode and put it on another page?
– It works perfectly if I put it on another page that is without using page builder. So I’m guessing that its the page builder that’s causing the problem. In this case, does it mean I’m not able to insert images or other widgets on top of the catalogue?Forum: Plugins

I did as told – clicking “save Changes” at the Permalinks after changing the permalink base. But that particular catalogue still does not load the single product page,other catalogues are fine. So I’m guessing it was because I used the Editor widget.
I searched for any cache plugins, but there was none.

I have now inserted the shortcode in a text editor instead but the problem still exist. I have also added something to the “Permalink Base” field but it is still the same. How do I clear the cache in any caching plugins?

I am a premium user and initially there was nothing in the “Permalink Base” field. I turned on Pretty Permalinks and now it shows “Internal Server Error” at the single product page. I can’t insert a screenshot here though.
1) What element in Page Builder are you putting the shortcode in?
– I put the shortcode in “SiteOrigin Editor”
2) Can you send us a screenshot of the Page editor with Page Builder enabled (so we can see how its set up)?
– I can’t insert a screenshot here. But I inserted a row with widget “SiteOrigin Image” above the “SiteOrigin Editor” row where I input the shortcode.Thank you

Yes, for the new products that I create under UPCP, it shows up in Woocommerce and vice versa. But the older products that I created under UPCP does not import over to woocommerce.

The products were always in UPCP as we subscribe to UPCP first and upload all information on UPCP. After which we then download woocommerce since it is required for the cart.

Hi,
It means that when I select Yes at the “WooCommerce Product pages” option, and went to check the “Product” tab under the Woocommerce plugin, it is empty. All the listings are still under UCPC plugin.
So i dont think my UCPC products syncs to the woocommerce product catalogue. FYI, I have already selected Yes at the Woocommerce Sync under the options tab.

I have selected yes at the WooCommerce Product pages option, and now when I click the individual product, it just brings me to my homepage, so I have disabled it.
I realise that when I selected yes, the product catalogue at woocommerce plugin is empty as well? Is it supposed to be empty?

Solved my problem for the additional info tab and inquiry form tab. But for the “Product Inquiry Cart”, it is not showing on the main catalogue page after I click yes at the options tab. Please advice.

Thanks for the advice. but for point 1:
1) The “Additional information” tab seems to be the same for all the products? I would want different information for different product. Otherwise, how do I remove the tab?
2) I found out that the issue seems to be conflicted email server, I will try with a different email.

I realised it was because I changed the page name without changing the slug, so I deleted that page and created a new one. Now it works.
