It’s a plugin called Updraft Plus.
I have a backup program installed from which I can revert the whole site, just the plugins, etc.
Nope. Not a peep. I reverted the plugin back to the previous version.
With this plug-in activated, I cannot see ANY of my site in the customizer, let alone the form I am trying to style. WP 4.9.4 Please advise!

}Andrew, I have been scouring forums and attempting code for FOUR HOURS just to get the word “Menu” to be white in mobile view and you provided an answer that worked. BLESS YOU.
