I tried ruralmodernliving.com I got the error too. Then I realized I messed up the url. It is modernruralliving.com.
If I enter http://www.modernruralliving.com/wp-login.php then I get the login prompt.
You are saying I don’t need to login to her WordPress.com account to make the changes?

Her site is hosted by rfehosting.com. I have changed the payment for hosting so that her site will continue to be hosted for now. The next thing I need to do is to be able to login to update her site to change things like the email etc. When I click on the login on her site I get a WordPress login, so I assume I would need to change her primary email so that I could request a new password. I will check into her domain. She got that through godaddy.com.
