You can use WordPress Post Tabs on multisite setup. You just need to activate WordPress Post Tabs plugin on each site separately rather than Network activation.

I have checked your site and found that documentor.js file is not loading on your site. Please check
<?php wp_footer(); ?>this WP hook is available in your theme’s footer.php or not, if not then add it before</body>tag and save file.You are still using Lite version of Documentor on your site please upgrade it to pro version.

There is no need to refresh because Smooth slider automatically fetch content from your added posts/pages immediately even though after posts or pages updated.
I would suggest you, if you are using any Cache plugin please clear your cache as well as browser cache and check again.

I have checked your, issue is there when Navigation Arrow is set to hide from Settings panel. You need to change in core file of Testimonial slider. Please locate following file using FTP.
plugins => testimonial-slider => css => skins => textonly => functions.php
in above file go to line no. 244. You will find following code. Please comment it and save file.

Please go to WordPress dashboard => Settings => WP Post Tabs => Basic Settings => Reload on click => Enable check box and Save changes.
