You can use Smooth slider’s custom field to achieve the same. Go to Admin panel => Edit section of Post/Page/Media => Below description section, you will find Meta box of Smooth slider => Advance tab => Custom Thumbnail Image(url) => Put your external image path and update Post/Page/Media. Screenshot attached.

It seems you have deleted Custom Shortcodes (Option: Replace [wptab] shortcode with and Replace [end_wptabset] shortcode with). There should some custom shortcode. You can put any shortcode text as you want.Let me know if it helps.

You can apply Custom style CSS to WP Post Tabs. Put your Custom style in Settings => WP Post Tabs => Miscellaneous => Custom Styles and save changes.You just need to use class of element and CSS properties with !important.
Example:
.wordpress-post-tabs-skin-red .ui-tabs .ui-tabs-nav li{word-wrap: break-word !important;width: 150px !important;white-space: normal !important;}Let me know if it helps.

Dbox slider Lite is not supported to multilingual. Pro version of Dbox have compatibility with multilingual. You can check Dbox slider here.
