Can you tell us more about how you notice this? When the payment fails, usually the buyer gets the choice to try it again with a different payment method. To better judge what could be causing this, we are interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your latest Mollie log files.

I noticed this because I saw a customer hit the order-received page in Google Analytics. Then I saw in woo-backend that the order was still awaiting payment. And in the Mollie backend it also showed as payment pending. I pulled the webserver logs to see what happened and it showed the customer going to the order-received page. After spending some time on the checkout-page (/afrekenen/).
The customer came bck after an hour or so to try again with a new order. And succeced at some point.

The same happened in oktober (or maybe early november) and I notified Mollie of this through the chat in the Mollie back-end. But both the chat support person and the developer who mailed me afterwards failed to properly understand the issue. So I gave up hoping it was an incident.

This is correct. The “Open” payment status at Mollie results in the WooCommerce order remaining in “Pending payment” status.

This is only relevant for testing though, and not for live payments.

While I get that, I do think it’s an odd choice to send the (staging) person to the order-received endpoint instead of the order-pay endpoint. Order-received should only be when payment has actually completed from Mollie’s (and the (staging) customer’s pov.
order-received == payment is completed and it does not show payment options.
order-pay == payment is not completed and try again.

Met deze CSS moet dat kunnen (bij mij in ieder geval). Er is vast een betere CSS-selector, maar ik ben geen pro.

In de kaartweergave zijn deze opties er overigens ook. Daar haal je ze weg met

LET OP: alle bezorgopties van dat ophaalpunt worden dan verborgen.

Toevoegen van meer specifieke classes aan de HTML zou enorm schelen om eea te tunen in de checkout.
Voor mij reden om deze opties weg te halen is omdat:
a) er geen andere tijden weergegeven worden en de keuze voor 16u dus een overbodige vraag aan de klant is (zie https://imgur.com/a/zzSshxx)
Ik gebruik geen andere bezorgopties anders dan thuis of een ophaalpunt.
b) teveel tekst en knopjes etc. leiden af van wat de klant moet doen (namelijk afrekenen)

Bedankt voor je reactie.

Wanneer ik jouw instructie opvolg en 0 * [qty] doe, dan worden de bezorgopties bij een pakket _niet_ getoond.
Wanneer ik 1 * [qty] doe, dan werkt het wel.

Hoe kan ik dit goed werkend krijgen? Ik zie trouwens dat de bezorgopties voor een split-second wel getoond worden, maar dan verborgen. Lijkt mij dat de javascript dit doet en daar ergens een validatie niet goed gaat.

That’s kinda obvious.

It seems only logical that if the redis server is not available, then the redis page caching isn’t available and a fresh non-cached page should be served. The current situation leads to a page 500 1-2-3 times a day.

I’m sure it can be avoided by the w3tc plugin to handle this scenario (=redis is initializing) properly?

I’ve contacted my hosting. They say this error (LOADING Redis is loading the dataset in memory ) is caused when Redis is reloading or a slave reconnects.

Is it possible to have a graceful handling of this situation in w3tc? Maybe skip the cache for this request?

Hi, thanks for the quick response.

I was able to go back to december 15th in my logging. There I also found this error.
REDIS server is restarted quite frequently, so there’s definitely been a restart since then (dec 15th).

The config of W3TC is not changed since a few months. I don’t know about the REDIS-server.

Is this something I should take up with my hosting?
