Sorry but I don’t understand how you want to add the banner(s). If you need a code to add the banner(s) you have to use the following code:

That code displays the banner which ID is 7. So you have to add the code there where you’d like to display that banner.

There is a javascript http://www.aesthetic-muscle.com/wp-content/plugins/boom_gallery_wp/lib/boom_gallery_if/js/cool_banner_rotator/cool_banner_rotator.js?ver=3.5.1 there, can you remove it and re-check? If it adds a plugin, please deactivate the plugin and re-check.

Don’t banners orders work when you add the banners in the sidebar using widget? I have never heard about that kind of problem.
