Thanks for the suggestion. I have tried this and unfortunately still having the same issue. I have opted to choosing following option for now:
woocommerce>settings>products>display
Then I choose the option under “shop page display” to display products.
Then I chose default sort by popularity.
I also installed a slider plugin as an option but wanted 4 columns in which I had more issues with template.

In reply to: [Shopper] Adding Header like exampleThank you for your response. I have set a static front page and also set a featured image within that page. It did not work. I have gone through all features on the site and am still struggling to find any option to add the banner in the example.
