    Hello Istok,

I’m sorry for the confusion, but I don’t recommend posting your debug information here.

It is best to send it to us by pressing the “Email Print My Blog Support” button from the Help page.

Please delete that post or edit it to remove the debug information as soon as you can to maintain your privacy since this is a public forum.

I took a note of it and will reply after I know you’ve removed it, since I think removing that is a priority.

I’m sorry again for the confusion.

    Hello Istok,

This is Ryan from Print My Blog.

Could you confirm the method you are using to embed videos in your posts?

If possible, would you mind copy-pasting the html for one of your videos as it appears in your WordPress post? If the video link itself is sensitive, you could just omit it from the code you share.

Sharing the code, would allow me to try to replicate the issue you are experiencing.

Please also see my reply to your white space issue for instructions on how to send your debug information. That would help us resolve this issue as well.

    Best regards,

    Ryan

    Hello Istok,

This is Ryan from Print My Blog (PMB).

If I understand your issue correctly you are referring to the 6th page down in that screenshot where there is a large white space above the video picture. Is that correct?

Since I cannot access your setup/project, would you mind answering some questions for me?

    1. Are you using the Quick Print service or the Pro Print service?

    2. If you are using the Pro Print service, are you using the “Classic Digital PDF” design theme?

    3. Are you experiencing this issue with many posts/videos or just a specific post/video?

    4. Have you checked the problematic post(s) to make sure there aren’t any empty elements on that page that might be creating that blank space?

    5. If possible, could you send me your debug information? This would allow me to view your project.
Here are instructions on how to send the debug information: https://printmy.blog/user-guide/getting-started/11-getting-help/

Thank you for your time. Your answers to these questions will help me troubleshoot your issue.

    Best regards,

    Ryan

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Print My Blog (PMB) Technical Support.

I visited your website and it seems like there is a misconfiguration with your SSL certificate (basically what it says in the error message). The SSL certificate is what lets a website use “https” instead of “http”. Basically, it is a security feature of websites that helps encrypt data sent to and from the website to protect things like passwords.

When I visit “https://www.kamaheleheyer.com” (HTTPS) my browser gives me a security warning. When I visit “http://www.kamaheleheyer.com/” (HTTP) your images don’t load.

I recommend talking to Go Daddy and asking them for help configuring your SSL certificate. Web hosting technical support is usually able to do this for you.

You should also double check your Site Address setting in WordPress.

Log into your WordPress backend and navigate to Settings > General and check your values for “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)”. After your SSL certificate is configured properly, both of those values need to be set to “https://www.kamaheleheyer.com” (HTTPS).

If you fix that website issue and you are still experiencing problems with PMB, please send us your debug information by navigating to WordPress backend > Print My Blog > Help. Then complete the form and click “Email Print My Blog Support”. This sends us debug information about your website, projects and plugins so that we can troubleshoot your issue.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Ryan

Hello @adlwebit, my name is Ryan and I’m with Print My Blog’s Technical Support team.

It sounds like this issue might be due to an embedded JavaScript redirect somewhere in your original blog post.

To help us troubleshoot this for you, could you please submit your Debug Information from the Help area of the Print My Blog plugin menu? You can get there from the Print My Blog sidebar menu on the WordPress dashboard.
