@sharonq – sorry but I in fact purchased the upgrade, and got the entire year support package, their support website still doesnt work… I dont know what to do, Ive tried emailing MAGENTEACH, YOUTECH, ENVATO, and WORDPRESS…..

@sharonq – I tried unfortunately their website doesn’t work! You cant get into the account once you create it, so you cant see any of their responses to the ticket, nor see anything else in the account, Ive even tried creating a new account to see if that would help, and got the same results… I need help.. 🙁
