In reply to: [WP Tasks After Install] except for akismetHello. When I first read what this plugin does, I was surprised to see “Removes Akismet”, at first. Now I realize I may be missing something.
I install Disable Comments on all my client sites, when I know they won’t be using the comments feature. I also install Akismet.
Question: If I use Disable Comments for the ENTIRE site, is it safe to assume SPAM comments will not get in and additional SPAM protection plugins (e.g. Akismet) are not longer needed at that point?

In reply to: [Easy Twitter Feed Widget Plugin] Load AsynchronouslySorry, this is not fixed. Toggling “Load Twitter Script” to NO, fixed the load asynchronously issue, but then disabled the Twitter feed embed.
