I just created a new version 1.6.3 that is identical to 1.5.5. Everyone can safely update and essentially revert. My apologies for causing problems. Future updates will be smaller to cause fewer potential conflicts.
I hope this helps

In reply to: [Sticky Header Effects for Elementor] v 1.6.2 causing multiple errorsI just created a new version 1.6.3 that is identical to 1.5.5. I can see these changes need to be done differently. You and everyone can safely update and essentially revert. It was a mistake to try and make so many changes in a single update. My apologies for causing problems. That’s the opposite of what I’m trying to do here.
I hope this helps

In reply to: [Sticky Header Effects for Elementor] v 1.6.2 causing multiple errorsHi, some of the setting controls changed which means they would have to be toggled or set again. I apologize for that inconvenience.
The logo shrink setting has always been % until a chrome/elementor update broke that. The setting was changed to scale as a temporary fix but this didn’t allow the header to shrink.
It turns out that making the settings compatible with containers and sections is almost impossible. The transitions have never looked better for containers but the height transition refuses apply to a section. This is probably why elementor has completely different settings for each.
I’m trying to fix each bug as they are reported but I’m extremely busy with normal work and life. If version 1.5.5 works best for you thats fine to stay on right now.
I’ll keep working and you can update as you please. I think I’m about to add the same size settings that elementor uses for it’s images. You’ll easily be able to resize however you need.
Again, sorry for the inconveniences. I’m doing my best to accommodate all possible use case scenarios. It’s tedious.

In reply to: [Sticky Header Effects for Elementor] PRoblems new versionHi,
I’ve figured out how to duplicate this problem. This is caused when using the free version of elementor which is not recommended. I’m trying to find a fix that doesn’t interfere with the intended functionality when used with elementor pro.
Thanks for the examples, I’ll update when I’ve got it figured out.

In reply to: [Sticky Header Effects for Elementor] Shrink effect doesn’t workHi again,
Hello again,
I think I found the issue after some testing. It’s only an issue with sections, not containers, making it tricky to find.
I’ve just updated the plugin again to 1.6.2 with this bug fix. I hope this helps you. Let me know.

In reply to: [Sticky Header Effects for Elementor] Shrinking Logo BugActually, it looks like it might be on the header section. It’s with code for an element with class .elementor-element.elementor-element-43b53d71
I don’t know how that would be coming from the plugin but make sure you are one 1.6.2, clear any cache on the site and server, refresh the elementor editor page, toggle the plugin of and back on, then save. Lastly, if none of that works, try reinstalling the plugin. You won’t lose any of your header settings.
It almost looks like it’s setting “px” instead of “%”, which isn’t even an option in the code. That’s very strange.
Let me know if any of this helps. Sorry for the trouble.

In reply to: [Sticky Header Effects for Elementor] Shrinking Logo BugThis looks like it’s coming from some custom css. It’s not coming from the plugin. It says post-4158, so possibly page settings CSS or site settings. It could also be on a section or widget. Unfortunately that’s difficult to track down.

In reply to: [Sticky Header Effects for Elementor] Shrink effect doesn’t workHi,
Are you using sections or containers? Do you have a link?
There were major changes in version 1.6 so some settings may need to be toggled and saved to re-apply.
Hi Karsta,
I’m sorry, I’m not quite sue what you mean by “scrolls in the middle”.
Looking at the code, I can see all 3 of the links you sent are running off of version 1.5.5 files. That version had a bug that didn’t shrink the logo(only scaled it), which didn’t allow the header to shrink.
You could try reinstalling the plugin, not just deactivating it. Your settings will be saved even with a full uninstall.
Are those links supposed to be on 1.6.1?

In reply to: [Sticky Header Effects for Elementor] CSS conflictYou can view the console on this page

It’s running current elementor , elementor pro, hello theme, wp 6.1.1. I’m not getting any console errors.

In reply to: [Sticky Header Effects for Elementor] CSS conflictThe main js file didn’t transfer correctly with 1.6. The new 1.6.1 update fixed all of that. If it’s still showing then it’s a caching. Can you flush cache onyour site and server?

In reply to: [Sticky Header Effects for Elementor] CSS conflictI’ve successfully created the layout you described on this test page
https://testing.stickyheadereffects.com/container-header-testing
No code was necessary. I simply set the lower section to sticky > top. There is a top offset setting also if needed.
I’m sorry this has been an issue for so long. I’d really like to help solve this for you.
