In reply to: [Social Slider Feed – Social Media Feed & Gallery Widgets] Facebook FeedHi, @jhayy21!
Please tell us the address of your site so that we can look at the problem.Hello @soufianemaftoul.
Our plugin does not provide a function – load more. This is a very good idea, we will try to implement it in the next updates.Hello. The problem may be related to the servers where the website is hosted. If it is located on the territory of the Russian Federation or Belarus, then there may be connection problems. If so, we will not be able to help bypass the restrictions. Only moving the site to foreign servers will help.
We are actively working on fixes, we are sorry that you are experiencing this issue.
In order not to add an account every time, you can use the following lifehack: In the feed settings, change the feed refresh time, this will force the plugin to clear the cache from old images and load new ones.Hello, @forkmedia.
We are already investigating the problem. At the moment, we can advise you to remove the account from the settings, and then add it again. This should update your feed.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Social Slider Feed – Social Media Feed & Gallery Widgets] Multiply accountsHello, @aomollo .
Yes, it is possible, but you need to have a premium version.
If you have a premium version, then authorize a second account in the application, then create a new feed and specify a different account in the settings.
On one page, you can add as many feeds as you like.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Social Slider Feed – Social Media Feed & Gallery Widgets] ErrorHi @easysitenownl.
We are preparing an update that will fix this bug.Hey @dhairow.
We’re glad the issue has been resolved. Have a good day!Hello.
We had issues with the Facebook API, but the issue has now been resolved.
In order for the feed to work again, you need to disable the facebook account from the plugin settings and add the account again, providing new permissions.
Create a feed and add the shortcode in the right place.
