Sorry, I had a severe computer crash which required a new hard drive which I’ve been trying to square away. I’m sorry if I offended you and your company. I’m a 100% disabled veteran that retired after 20 years to enjoy the good life but, life then provided me with a stroke which paralyzed my left side. The stroke also gave me a bad temper & impatience. All I’m trying to do is to get WP Ultimate CSV Importer Pro entered on my site so I can get it to upload from my merchants. I used to have a 126 IQ, but now I get confused trying to set things like I read and it frustrates me to no end. If I could get it set up on my site: http://theramseycatalog.com I can use it as a template for other sites I want to do.

All I am trying to do is build a website that connects to Merchant Websites that I am affiliated with. No payment to me. Merchant pays commission. Since I have thousands upon thousands of items to import, I wanted to use WP Ultimate CSV Importer Pro so I could easily separate categories, SKU, Size etc. I downloaded Importer Pro just like WordPress directed. This program is a plugin. So I had it install. When I tried activating it, an error message appeared at the top saying I had to install ioncube encoder before it would work. That led to needing ioncube loader. I’m a 100% disabled Army Retiree. I suffered a stroke on veterans day 1997. I try to do everything step by step. Lacking enough patience I dida search and found the zend product. Again all I had to do was install and it would take care of my problems. Again it did not work. I tried logging into my dashboard and received this message on a blank screen: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare check_password_reset_key() (previously declared in /home/content/13/11455513/html/wp-login.php:281) in /home/content/13/11455513/html/wp-includes/user.php on line 1637

So reading the message I assumed the wp-includes/user.php was causing the problem, so like an idiot I removed that user.php from my FTP without checking it first and still get the same result! I’m going to try Tara’s suggestion and see if that works.
